License Agreement

One Click Deploy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform and services according to your subscription tier and these license terms.

This license is valid for the duration of your subscription and subject to your compliance with all terms and conditions.

License restrictions by tier:

• Builder: Limited to personal or small business use, no redistribution rights
• Startup: Commercial use allowed, team sharing limited to specified number of seats
• Growth: Full commercial use with redistribution rights, unlimited team sharing

All tiers prohibit:

• Modifying or reverse engineering the platform
• Sharing account credentials outside of licensed team members
• Using the platform for illegal purposes or malicious activities
• Reselling access to the platform without authorization

When using our platform, you agree to maintain all copyright notices and attributions within the service.

For public deployments, you must include attribution to One Click Deploy in your application's documentation or about section.

All intellectual property rights in the platform and its content remain with One Click Deploy and its licensors.

Your use of the platform does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our services or content.
